Our founder is a registered nurse who has spent over 20 years working inside hospitals and private homes, up close with families, elders, and adults with disabilities. She saw a lot. The kind of care people were receiving wasn’t always what they deserved. Sometimes it felt rushed, cold, or like just another checkbox on a list.

But what really stuck with her was how many leaders, professionals running these establishments, would quietly admit they wouldn’t trust their own loved ones to receive care there. That didn’t sit right with her.

She tried to speak up, to make things better from the inside. But the systems were slow, and too often, profit came before people. She knew care could be more than that. It could be warm, personal, and dignified. The kind of care that makes someone feel safe and genuinely seen.

So, she started Tender Mercy Care LLC, not just to fill a gap, but to raise the standard. To create the kind of care she’d want for her own family.
